The Lactosan spreadable processed cheese recipe is based on a cheese powder solution only: Lactosan Mascarpone and Cream Cheese Powder. To give it the delicious taste of chocolate, we recommend adding: 

  • cocoa powder
  • choco compound coating
  • vanilla powder
  • powdered sugar
