how we can help customers meet tomorrow’s demand

Indonesia is a rising economic and political powerhouse. Constituting more than 1/3 of ASEAN’s total economy, Indonesia is becoming one of the major players in Asia and is a G20 member. The country has emerged strongly from the global economic crisis, not least due to a huge domestic market consisting of 250 million inhabitants of which a middle class is significantly increasing to probably 130 million within the years to come.

Indonesia is a new market to Lactosan, and the purpose of Lactosan’s participation in the business delegation on the occasion of the Danish State Visit was to promote the Lactosan brand to potential news customers and the Indonesian authorities. One of the delegations, the Agri-Business part, was headed by Mrs Karen Haekkerup, CEO of the Danish Agriculture & Food Council.
