Arbinger is the tool that we actively use at Lactosan to work with a we-oriented setting. And we do so because we know that it's people who together create the best results.
That is why we also use resources to anchor Arbinger, among other things. by training ambassadors who will help ensure implementation in the departments. They also give internal presentations and address relevant themes / topics.
In the picture you see our 2022 ambassadors: Ida Lauridsen, Christian Gisler, Jeanette Melin-Damsgaard, Renรฉ Christensen Byrgesen, Carsten Mortensen, Kim Iversen, Heidi Oest Jacobsen and Jesper Hjorth Nielsen.
They recently attended an ambassador course at the Arbinger Institute Scandinavia.
