💡 In 1951, Christian Jessen, the first Production Manager at Lactosan A/S, invented cheese powder. A shipment of processed cheese had been returned to the factory because it was deemed too salty. Christian Jessen suggested spray-drying the product - and he succeeded! The first batch of cheese powder was a reality and sold to the biscuit industry in the UK.
