Celebrating World Food Safety Day, June 7th 2024

๐…๐จ๐จ๐ ๐’๐š๐Ÿ๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ: ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฎ๐ง๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐!

Today, June 7th, marks the celebration of arranged by the World Health Organization (WHO).

This yearโ€™s theme, โ€œFood safety: be prepared for the unexpectedโ€, encourages food businesses to:

  • Establish and regularly update food safety management plans.
  • Know how to avoid food safety incidents by following good hygiene practices.
  • Provide regular staff training.

Food safety is a cornerstone in the daily practices of safeguarding the high quality of Lactosan Cheese Powders. The food safety management incl. work for a solid food safety culture/training of staff is part of our quality control system monitored by our Quality Department:

To mark our commitment to uphold food safety and prepare for the unexpected the Quality Department has organized:

๐Ÿ” Food Safety Workshop: Earlier this year employees gave input to a good food safety culture at Lactosan A/S.
๐ŸŽจFood Safety Posters: Showcasing our commitment to food safety and encouraging employees by reinforcing the messages from the workshop.
๐ŸฐFood Safety Cakes: To raise awareness and celebrate food safety - and give thanks to our employees!
